This Policy applies to all users of Jamakit.ai worldwide—visitors, registered users, team members, workspace collaborators, and customers accessing our Services via third-party integrations (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, Stripe). It is designed to comply with GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA, COPPA, and PCI DSS requirements.

• Personal Data: name, email, phone, profile photo, company/workspace details.
• Account & Workspace Data: workspace names, memberships/roles, AI usage history, uploaded content.
• Device Data: IP address, OS/browser type, logs, cookies, crash reports, usage metrics.
• Integration Data: information from third-party accounts you connect (e.g., Gmail, LinkedIn, Stripe, Facebook Pages).
• Payment Data: billing details and subscription info (processed securely by payment providers).

We use collected data to deliver and operate our Services, authenticate users, provide AI-powered outputs, process payments, improve features, provide support, detect fraud, personalise experiences, and comply with legal obligations.

• Contractual necessity (to deliver subscribed Services).
• Consent (for optional integrations and marketing).
• Legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention, product improvement).
• Legal obligations (tax, regulatory, compliance).

We do not sell your data. We only share with trusted service providers, third-party platforms you connect, in business transfers, or when required by law.

Data is stored securely on our servers. Personal data is retained while accounts remain active. Once deleted, data is removed or anonymised within 90 days unless longer retention is required by law.

• Regular vulnerability scans and PCI DSS compliance for payment data.

Data may be processed in countries outside your own. We use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Processing Agreements with vendors to ensure compliance.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or local equivalent). We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If discovered, such data will be promptly deleted.

Payments are handled by PCI DSS-compliant processors such as Stripe, PayStack. Jamakit.ai never stores raw credit card details.

• AI outputs are generated from your inputs and may contain inaccuracies.
• We do not train public AI models on your identifiable private data.
• Avoid entering sensitive personal data unless necessary.

When you connect a Google service (such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Contacts) to Jamakit.ai, we access only the minimum data required to provide the features you request. This includes:

• Google Calendar: calendar list, events, event metadata, attendees, reminders.
• Gmail: email metadata (subject, sender, labels) when generating tasks or summaries.
• Google Drive: file metadata (name, type, size) to allow file selection or preview.
• Google Contacts: contact names and emails for invites, scheduling, or messaging.

We use this data to display your Google information inside Jamakit.ai, schedule events, manage tasks, help you draft content, avoid scheduling conflicts, and perform actions that you initiate. We do not share Google data with third parties, use it for advertising, or store unnecessary Google information.

You can revoke Jamakit.ai’s Google access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Google data obtained through OAuth is stored securely and retained only as long as required to operate the connected feature. Cached Google Calendar data, Gmail metadata, or Drive metadata is deleted automatically when:

• You disconnect Google access from your Google Account settings.
• You delete your Jamakit.ai account.

Once disconnected, all Google-related data is permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days. We do not retain Google user data for any secondary purpose.

Jamakit.ai complies fully with Google API Services User Data Policy and the Limited Use requirements. This means:

• We only use Google data to provide services you explicitly request.
• We do not use Google data for ads, profiling, or marketing.
• We do not allow human access to Google data except with your consent or for security reasons.
• We do not transfer Google data to external services except those required to execute your request.

Our systems ensure that Google user data is handled in strict compliance with Google's Limited Use policies at all times.

When you connect your Facebook Page to Jamakit.ai, we access information necessary to provide AI management features, including posts, comments, messages, and Page insights. This data is used solely to operate our services.

Jamakit.ai uses AI services to ensure that any actions performed through our platform on your Facebook Pages comply with Facebook’s current Community Standards. We reserve the right to restrict or prevent any activity that may violate these guidelines.

You can revoke Jamakit.ai access at any time via your Facebook account settings. Upon account deletion, all connected Facebook Page data will be removed within 90 days.

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use indicates acceptance.
