User Data Management & Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and Facebook’s Platform Terms. This page explains how you can manage your Jamakit.ai account data, remove third-party connections (e.g., Facebook), and delete your account and associated data.

• Log in to your Jamakit.ai account and go to Profile Settings → Data & Privacy.
• Update your personal details and preferences.
• Review connected third-party apps (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Disconnect integrations at any time to revoke Jamakit.ai’s access.

If you connected Jamakit.ai to a third-party service (e.g., Facebook), you can remove the connection and delete associated tokens/cached data:

1. Open Profile Settings → Integrations.
2. Select the integration (e.g., Facebook).
3. Choose “Delete Connection & Data” and confirm.

This action revokes tokens and removes any integration-specific data Jamakit.ai stored for that connection.

1. Sign in and go to Profile Settings → Account Management.
2. Click “Delete My Account” and follow verification prompts.

Your account is deactivated immediately. Associated personal/workspace data enters our retention window, after which it is permanently deleted (see below).

To meet legal/operational obligations (e.g., fraud prevention, chargebacks, audits), we retain deleted account data for [X days] (e.g., 30 days). During this period:

• Data is securely stored but not actively processed for new features.
• You may contact us to withdraw or expedite deletion where legally permissible (see contact details below).

After the retention window, personal data and integration data are irreversibly deleted. Aggregated or anonymised analytics (which cannot identify you) may be retained for product improvement.

If you cannot access your account or prefer a direct request, contact us. We may require identity verification to protect your privacy.

We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days.

When deletion is completed, a confirmation email is sent to the address associated with your account. If you believe data remains in error, reply to that email or contact our privacy team using the details above.

• Disconnecting Jamakit.ai from Facebook in your Facebook settings will stop future data sharing, but you should also complete the steps above to remove integration data stored by Jamakit.ai.
• Deleting your Jamakit.ai account removes Jamakit.ai’s access and deletes your associated data after the retention window.
