These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jamakit.ai (“the Platform”), a service developed and operated by Jamasoft Concept Ltd. By creating an account, using our website, or engaging with any of our AI-driven services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“the User”, “you”) and Jamasoft Concept Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Jamakit.ai provides a suite of artificial intelligence (“AI”) agents designed to operate like digital employees. These agents may assist with tasks including, but not limited to, customer support, copywriting, sales, analytics, recruiting, social media management, personal development, and workflow automations. The Platform integrates with external systems and provides tools to help you manage, automate, and scale business operations.

You must read these Terms carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities, as well as the limitations of our liability. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of Jamakit.ai immediately.

Jamakit.ai is a multi-agent platform where users can create workspaces, assign AI agents to roles, and connect external applications such as Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Slack, Notion, Asana, and cloud storage providers. Within these workspaces, AI agents can generate content, schedule tasks, perform data analysis, communicate with users, and integrate with third-party services on your behalf.

The Platform may also provide automations that enable tasks to be scheduled, repeated, or carried out in the background without user intervention. These automations may involve interactions with third-party applications and data storage. While the Platform is designed to act intelligently, you remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring all outputs generated by the AI agents.

Jamakit.ai is continually evolving. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

To use Jamakit.ai, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide (including name, email, and billing details) is accurate, complete, and will remain current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must not share your credentials with unauthorised individuals. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the Platform, or breach these Terms.

Users may create Workspaces which act as digital environments where AI agents and team members collaborate. Each Workspace may represent a company, project, or business unit. Workspace owners can invite team members, assign roles (admin, member, or viewer), and control access permissions.

By participating in a Workspace, you acknowledge that your contributions, data, and communications may be visible to other authorised Workspace members. Workspace owners maintain ultimate control and responsibility for the Workspace, including data governance, user management, and subscription billing.

Jamakit.ai does not intervene in internal Workspace disputes. If disagreements arise between team members or Workspace owners, resolution must be sought internally before seeking external remedies.

Jamakit.ai provides AI agents that operate as semi-autonomous assistants. These agents may perform tasks such as drafting content, replying to emails, posting on social media, scheduling meetings, analysing sales leads, or generating reports.

You understand that AI agents function based on data, prompts, and training but are not infallible. Outputs may contain factual inaccuracies, biased content, or errors. We strongly recommend that all AI-generated outputs be reviewed by a human before publication, distribution, or reliance in business decisions.

Automations may run without real-time supervision once configured. By enabling automations, you authorise Jamakit.ai to execute actions on your behalf, within the scope of integrations and permissions granted.

The Platform allows integration with external services, including but not limited to Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Discord. By connecting your account, you authorise Jamakit.ai to access, store, and process data from those services as necessary to perform tasks.

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their reliability or availability. Your use of third-party services remains governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. If a third-party service experiences downtime, data loss, or access revocation, Jamakit.ai is not liable for the resulting limitations.

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting integrations within your Workspace settings.

Jamakit.ai offers subscription tiers including Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Each plan includes specific limits, features, and pricing. Details of our current pricing structure are published on our website.

By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees in advance, on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed through authorised payment providers, and you authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically at renewal.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscriptions at any time, with changes taking effect at the next billing cycle.

Users may upload text, files, URLs, images, and other content into Jamakit.ai (“User Content”). By doing so, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and use the User Content solely to provide Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim intellectual property rights over material you input into the Platform. However, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licences to provide such content and that your use does not infringe upon third-party rights.

Some AI-generated outputs may be derived from your input data. To the extent permitted by law, you own the rights to outputs generated from your prompts, except where such outputs incorporate third-party material or violate these Terms.

We take your privacy seriously. Personal data collected by Jamakit.ai is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may include user registration information, Workspace activity, AI agent interactions, and connected third-party account details.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data. However, no system is entirely immune to breaches. You acknowledge that you share and store data at your own risk, and Jamakit.ai cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR) when using Jamakit.ai, particularly when processing the personal data of third parties within your Workspace.

You must not use Jamakit.ai for unlawful or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using AI agents to generate defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Conducting or promoting illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our Platform.
• Spamming, phishing, or deploying malware.
• Misusing automations to flood third-party services or disrupt networks.

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Jamakit.ai is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for continuous uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or failures of third-party integrations may cause temporary disruptions.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of outputs before relying on them.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion and without liability.

All software, source code, user interfaces, designs, trademarks, and branding associated with Jamakit.ai remain the intellectual property of Jamasoft Concept Ltd. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable licence to access and use Jamakit.ai in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamakit.ai and Jamasoft Concept Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or reputational damage.

Our liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of Jamakit.ai. Termination will not entitle you to refunds of subscription fees already paid.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, fail to make payments, or engage in activities that harm our services, users, or reputation.

Upon termination, your data may be deleted or archived in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on our website, and the “last updated” date will be amended accordingly. Continued use of Jamakit.ai after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
